- CX Sales Navigation Bar
Remain in the Redwood experience with the in-app navigation bar. The navigation bar lets you select another CX Sales application from within an existing application. The navigation bar displays automatically for CX Sales applications using fragments. Menu items are based on a single menu group as defined in Structure; menu items to applications outside of Redwood CX Sales applications will not be displayed. The default menu group is Redwood Sales, however, you can change the default group or disable the navigation bar.
Customers can access other applications within CX Sales with fewer clicks and remain in the Redwood experience.

- Filter Records Based on Related Object’s Hierarchy in Workspace and Redwood List Pages
You can filter out records based on a related object’s hierarchy in the Workspace and Redwood list pages. For example, you can look at a list of all opportunities belonging to an Account and all the accounts in its hierarchy.
Users can get a better-filtered view of related objects based on Account or Resource Hierarchy in Workspace and Redwood list pages.
- Filter on Resource and Territory Hierarchy in Workspace and Redwood List Page
Resource and Territory Hierarchy filters are exposed in the Dashboard and when drilling down from there, the same filters will be honored in the Redwood List page as well. Also these are available to be used to filter records on Redwood List Page as well as Workspace. This helps in improving the usability of the list page and workspace.
This feature helps improve the usability of filtering records in both Workspace and Redwood Sales list pages.

- Schedule Recurring Appointments for Oracle Sales in the Redwood User Experience
You can schedule recurring appointments to streamline the way you manage your routine engagements in Oracle Sales. You can set up regular meetings, follow-ups, and tasks just once, and have them automatically repeat on your preferred chosen schedule. This eliminates the repetitive task of manually creating entries for each occurrence, thereby improving efficiency and reliability in managing your calendar.
This capability can increase your productivity by automating the scheduling process, making it easier to plan and track recurring activities and commitments, and freeing up your time to focus on more strategic tasks. It reduces the risk of scheduling errors and ensures consistent follow-up on important appointments and tasks.

- Configure and View Consolidated Assets & Subscriptions in Sales
Configure Asset Sync to have a consolidated view of products (Installed Base & Subscription) that customers use. So that reps can view the aggregated investment, revenue, subscription coverage, renewal schedule, service performance, usage, location details, etc. of the customer assets, and action on identifying sales opportunities for renewals, upsells, etc.
CX Asset Object aka Unified Asset now can hold both Install Base Asset (serialized & non-serialized) and Subscription or Extended Warranty with covered products that are sold to customers. There is a sync job that brings Assets from Oracle Install Base Cloud and Subscriptions from Oracle Subscriptions Cloud.
Having the consolidated Asset and Coverage information available in CX Asset would enable Reps to view the service history and subscription coverage of high-value assets and identify opportunities for renewals, upsells, etc.
