• New Supplier Portal Home Page: The Supplier Portal home page has been completely redesigned to improve collaboration and navigation. Suppliers can directly access the main pages of business objects through navigation cards and view important announcements and unread messages.

• Guided Journeys: The new Supplier Portal for Sourcing includes embedded Guided Journeys. These are user assistance tools that provide custom content to suppliers, such as business policies, best practices, or tutorials to assist with the bidding process.

• Enhanced Negotiation Pages: Suppliers can view and respond to negotiations in a single-page UI, making it quick and efficient to answer requirements, provide line prices, and upload response attachments. The page also includes a banner message indicating what needs attention and provides guidance on what action to take.

• Acknowledge Amendments: Suppliers must acknowledge any amendments before creating a response. The Acknowledge Amendments page shows changes side-by-side, making it clear what content was added, deleted, or modified.

• Redwood-Style Notifications: Workflow notifications for procurement documents and transactions now have a consistent and modern Redwood style, improving readability and usability. This includes notifications for requisition approval, purchase order approval, negotiation invitations, and more.

• Supplier Portal Home Page: The new Supplier Portal home page provides improved collaboration and intuitive navigation. Suppliers can directly navigate to the main page of each business object through navigation cards and access other related tasks in the Additional Links section. The Suppliers News section allows you to broadcast important announcements to all suppliers, while the Notifications section provides a glimpse of unread messages with a count and one-click navigation to review all notifications.
