Employees, managers, and HR can leverage the new Participant Feedback page to send requests and view participant feedback for performance documents. This page has been recreated in the Redwood toolset Visual Builder Studio (VB Studio) to improve the user experience.
An employee, manager, or HR can add participants and request them to provide feedback if they have access to Participant Feedback for an employee’s performance document.
- REDWOOD EXPERIENCE FOR EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE PAGE
You can now leverage the employee Performance page that lists the performance documents and check-ins created for an employee. This page has been recreated in the Redwood toolset Visual Builder Studio (VB Studio) to provide an enriched user experience.
Users with access can also create anytime performance documents and check-ins for the employee. They can add an anytime document if eligible for an anytime document in the selected review period.

Take advantage of the Redwood Feedback Spotlight page for workers that has been recreated in the Redwood toolset Visual Builder Studio (VBS) to improve the user experience.
The Redwood Feedback Spotlight page for workers enables you to:
- View the feedback you have received
- View the requested feedback you have received
- See a count of new feedback you have received
- Print feedback and requested feedback
- Add a note for yourself or to share with others
- View feedback you have given to others
View a list of your pending or completed feedback requests for others, including participant feedback for performance documents
- Give feedback to others
- Edit the feedback you wrote

Submit and View Details of the Approval in the Performance Document
Managers can navigate to a Redwood performance document where the current task requires submitting for approval and submit the performance document for approval. If the approval is already submitted, they can also view this in the performance document.

Additional check-in features from the responsive user experience are now available in the Redwood user experience. These features provide the following capabilities:
Ability for HR to view and update check-ins
Ability for users to view multiple notes for a discussion topic, created by a worker or manager in the previous responsive experience.
