1. AI-Powered Spreadsheet Data Loader Advisor
    Conversational guidance: HR admins can interact with the advisor using natural
   language to get help with templates, uploads, and validations.

 CSV upload support across platforms: No longer restricted to Windows Desktop
Integration; now works seamlessly on macOS and other platforms.

 Automated business object identification: The advisor analyzes CSV headers to detect
the correct business object.

 Template validation & mapping: Ensures uploaded data aligns with HSDL templates
before initiating the load.

 Load monitoring: Direct access to the “Recent Spreadsheet Loads” page for real-time
