The latest Oracle Fusion Cloud Compensation 25A release brings several new features and enhancements. Here are some of the key updates:

  • Enhanced User Access Experience: Improvements to user access management, including integration with OCI Identity and Access Management.
  • Title IV Funds Management: New features to originate and disburse Title IV funds for the 2025-2026 award year.
  • Supplier Registration: Retirement of the original Supplier Registration flow in Oracle Procurement Cloud, replaced by the Next Generation Supplier Registration feature
  • Comments and Attachments Section Visible Only When Approvals are Enabled

You can view the comments and attachments section only when approvals are enabled in the following Redwood actions/pages:

  • Change Salary (Line Manager, Compensation Manager)
  • Salary History
  • Personal Contribution
  • Individual Compensation
  • Administer Compensation
  • Analyze Salary Introduction in Redwood Salary Flows

Line managers or compensation managers can perform what-if analysis while proposing salary using the Analyze Salary functionality. You can arrive at the new salary using various values, such as annualized full-time salary, annual salary, compa-ratio, quartile, quintile, and range position.

  • Audit Salary Deletes Happening Indirectly

Salary deletes happening indirectly through these methods are now audited:

  • During an HCM Data Loader load
  • During an HCM Data Loader global transfer with future salaries
  • Global transfer in the app with no salary region selected
  • Employment termination was done in the app or using HCM Data Loader or REST services
  • Employment start dates

Earlier salary deletes using these methods weren’t audited.

These enhancements raise the visibility of salary deletes by including them in audit reports.
