How to Enable Redwood Pages
To activate the new Absences and Entitlements Redwood page:
– Go to Setup and Maintenance.
– Search for Manage Administrator Profile Values.
– Locate ORA_ANC_ADMIN_ABSENCE_VBCS_UI_ENABLED.
– Set the value to Y at the Site level.
– Save and close.

Absence calculations now factor in break time more precisely. Breaks are only considered if the entire shift (including break) falls within the worker’s availability window.
- New Time Attribute: Absence Reason
A new attribute allows organizations to capture specific reasons for absences directly within the timecard interface, improving reporting and compliance.
