  • Edit Task action can be directly used to edit the assigned journey task from the My Tasks tab
  • The expiry duration of a journey task can be set up on the task setup page to a maximum of 365 days
  • Learn Enrollment and Learn Community task types can be created when you create or edit a personal journey or edit an assigned journey from the Journeys app.

  • Managers can view and manage both the performance and development goals of their team members using the Team Goal Center in the Redwood version
  • Users can include any of these target outcomes that have been subscribed for Goal Management while creating or updating the goal in Redwood version
  • Performance Management
  • Managers can use Artificial Intelligence (AI) assistance to quickly generate overall summary comments for an employee based on participant feedback, anytime feedback, or their own comments
  • Managers can streamline their evaluation tasks using the new Evaluate Performance page recreated in Redwood VBS
  • Recruiting
  • Users can select one or more job categories and have the system automatically create category tiles on the splash page, a   corresponding category landing pages through AI
  • A new element, the Job Fit Metrics Bar, can be added. This will increase the quality of job postings as candidates receive immediate information on how well their skills, experience, education, and domain of expertise match the job requirements
  • Links to external assessments and background checks available in the Candidate Self-Service area will now open in a new tab on both mobile and desktop devices
  • Enhancements have been made to internal candidate experience skills with

  • Administrators will now have the ability to display small, medium, or large buttons in the edit content section of “Recommended jobs based on Resume “
  • Oracle Maps as introduced in the 23D update has replaced Google Maps and Bing Maps

  • Completed Status can now be viewed in the interviews tab of the job application after the candidate interview is completed
  • As an administrator, you can configure the contents of the .ics attachments and Office 365 calendar events provided for scheduled interviews
  • A new field “Interview title” has been added to the basic information in Create Interview Schedule
  • Learning
  • Learning Items that need to be completed or revisited later can now be bookmarked by adding them to an HCM Journeys task list
  • Learning recommendations to learners can be automated based on the following skills: 
  • Added to the ‘Skills I’m developing’ section in their Skills Center
  • Popular with managers and peers
  • On viewing instructor-led activity where Microsoft Outlook integration is turned on, you will be notified when you try to do something yourself that the integration handles
  • Learners can immediately see if they already have an enrollment for a learning item on their search and browse learning pages
  • Badge color codes under My Learning have been changed and now are more informative
  • Absence Management
  • Users now have the option to configure absence plans to either accrue at the start of a repeating period or the end of a repeating period using a new Accrue on option
  • An enhanced error message has been delivered to help the administrator locate the absence in error. The message now displays the absence type and start date
  • The assignment number along with the business title will be displayed during an absence transaction on Redwood pages for absence entry, absence bidding, donations, and disbursements
  • Time and Labour
  • Attestations have been enhanced that workers provide all required information when they update and resubmit a timecard for approval
  • Enhancements have been made to timecards so that you can view any attestations in a dedicated Attestations panel drawer
  • Time and Labor’s delivered approval tasks have been updated to display additional information that should be useful to complete the approval task
  • Payroll
  • Users can override the calculation values defined for your legislation at the Legislative Data Group (LDG) level
  • Users can retrieve information for value definitions and range items using the supplied database views
  • The system will upload only the updated absence entitlement information into the Payroll application when you update an absence entitlement record that’s entered on a time card using Oracle Time and Labor
  • Access to elements can be secured and limited using the HCM Data Roles and the new Element Security Profiles task flow
  • Payroll cost results can be distributed to the Project Financial Management offering using labor schedules
  • Users can now change the status of canceled flow to Mark flow to Mark for Retry or Roll Back
  • Users can now search banks using the branch identifier on the personal payment method page
  • Oracle Payroll Core will allow to extend payroll to some additional countries that Oracle does not deliver.
