Redwood Self-Service Experience

• The Redwood self-service interface now fully replaces the older responsive UI.
• All learners will be transitioned to Redwood automatically.
• This update enhances usability, accessibility, and visual consistency across Oracle HCM.

Learning Record Subject Area

• The Learning Record Subject Area is now generally available in OTBI.
• Recommended replacement for older Learning Management subject areas.
• Enables more accurate and flexible reporting for learning activities.

External Content Provider Updates

• Skillsoft Skillport Connector deprecated.
• Replaced by Skillsoft Percipio using xAPI-based integration.
• Intuition Connector also deprecated.
• Existing configurations remain usable but cannot be newly configured.

Browser Compatibility Notice

• Oracle highlights the removal of the “Unload” event in Google Chrome, which may affect
  certain learning workflows.
• Customers are advised to review implications and adjust configurations accordingly.
