associated costs to auto-created assets, while non-associated costs follow the standard
construction-in-progress (CIP) method. This builds on 25C’s automatic asset creation for
project-related item receipts and supplier invoices, now extendable to existing project types.
Expanded REST API Support for Asset Lifecycle Operations
New APIs for retirements, transfers, reclassifications, mass additions, and bulk
retirements/transfers. Includes UI enhancements for bulk processing and improved offline
capabilities in the Oracle Expenses mobile app.
Advanced Approval Rules for Leases and Amendments
Expanded criteria for approval workflows, including Legal Entity, Asset Type, Lease Type,
Amendment Subtype, and Account Classification. Notifications now include direct links to lease
details for in-context review.
AI-Embedded Agents for Asset and Lease Management
Introduction of new AI agents for predictive maintenance scheduling, anomaly detection in
lease payments, and automated ROU (Right-of-Use) asset adjustments. These agents integrate
with the broader 25D AI push across ERP.
Enhanced Reporting and Analytics in OTBI
New attributes in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) for asset hierarchies,
including Asset Route Hierarchy ID, Code, Name, Description, End Date, Completion Status, and
Skip Allowed. Supports real-time self-service reporting for lease portfolios.
