    Violation descriptions now appear directly in the Shift Details panel within the Gantt
   view.

2. Assign Open Shifts on Published Schedules
    Managers can fill open shifts after publishing without regenerating the schedule.

 Excludes shifts with pending requests to avoid conflicts.
